Soo basicly The shop UI works but the shop itself doesn't!

CHANGES:
Higher Dificulty, Decreased mini asteroid spawn rate from 4 to 3, Better powerup system (they stack now), More Skins for asteroids...
UPCOMING: Player Shop and Upgrades, More enemy types...
